Risk Management & Multi-OS Patching
Ability to structure zero-day vulnerability patching across non-Windows OS estates without breaking native developer workflows.
Governance & Fleet Standards
Experience defining unified device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and software catalog governance across diverse operating systems.
Service Delivery & Operational Support
Track record of delivering seamless macOS and Linux engineering support, maintaining client health, and eliminating platform disparities.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
Ability to query multi-platform telemetry, monitor agent enrollment stability, and track hardware performance health.
Stakeholder Management & Developer Alignment
Effective communicator skilled in collaborating with engineering, developer, and creative teams using non-Windows devices.
Cross-Domain Security Collaboration
Partnering with security engineers to ensure seamless deployment of EDR tools (Defender) and disk encryption (FileVault/LUKS) on macOS/Linux.
Technical Execution & Problem Solving
Proven capability to debug complex operating system level issues, kernel extensions, and system permissions across platforms.
Continuous Improvement & Automation
Focus on building automated enrollment workflows, custom configuration profiles, and self-service application catalogs.
Key Accountabilities & Success Measures
