Lead, Enterprise Financial & Retention Systems

Job Summary

Lead the technical team in managing and improving enterprise systems that support Finance, Procurement, and HR. Ensure smooth system operations, successful project delivery, process improvements, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead, mentor, and develop the technical team to deliver high-quality support and projects.
• Manage system enhancements, implementations, and maintenance to meet business and operational needs.
• Oversee project delivery from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business users, internal teams, and vendors to deliver effective system solutions.
• Drive process improvements, system integration, and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure system stability, compliance, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of experience managing or supporting enterprise business systems, with leadership experience.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, system implementation, and business process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors while maintaining high standards of governance and service delivery.
