Responsibilities

Lead or coordinate improvement projects, ensuring they stay on course and fostering effective stakeholder communication Assume responsibility for targeted processes, proactively identifying areas for enhancement, setting clear improvement objectives, and actively guiding the implementation of solutions Initiate and sustain efforts to refine systems, processes, and workflows in alignment with our LEAN journey

Key qualifications

Background in Technology Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or equivalent field Proficiency in Lean Concepts and familiarity with Lean Tools Demonstrated experience in leading project teams to meet project deadlines Strong planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively
