Loan Product Development, Credit Operations Division

Job Description

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and product feasibility study to identify new loan product opportunities
• Design and develop new retail sustainable/ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) financing products to grow the Bank’s sustainable financing portfolio
• Review and enhance Bank’s existing loan packages in order to remain competitive in the industry in accordance with current market offering and Bank’s direction
• Ensure loan product materials are in compliance with regulatory/internal standards
• Support and manage initiatives with third party platforms and strategic partners from time to time

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience in loan product development preferably in banking / finance industry
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and project management skills
• Good interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• Good written and verbal communication
