Locker Acquisition Executive - Business Development, SPX Express (1-Year Contract)

Job Description

Acquisition & Business Development:

• Identify and secure new locker deployment opportunities across strategic locations, and manage full acquisition cycle
• Be part of the acquisition team to expand SPX Locker network coverage and achieve effective acquisition practices
• Monitor and analyse locker performance and operational metrics to provide solutions that optimise network productivity and target achievement
• Work with team managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy

Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement:

• Partner with relevant teams and external stakeholders such as landlords and site partners to ensure smooth deployment execution and satisfactory customer experience
• Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous
• Good communication capability and enjoy client facing work
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
