Logistics Executive

From digitising manufacturing processes to scanning product defects, our products perform reliably at higher speeds and with greater precision. \n\nNow, as a company with an extensive customer base globally, our Logistics team is looking for a hardworking logistics executive to help us ensure effective and on-time product delivery.

Responsibilities

Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of shipments while adhering to trade regulations to achieve customer satisfaction Manage shipping arrangements, including freight booking and coordinating packing schedules Accurately prepare essential shipping documents for every shipment Create additional documents such as quotations, ACFTA, STA, CARNET, COO, etc. Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure seamless deliveries Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to address and resolve logistics-related challenges Develop, implement, and maintain logistics procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency

Key qualifications

Background in Logistics / Transportation, Business Administration or equivalent Able to work in a fast-paced environment Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
