Logistics Store Technical Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of spare parts whether picking orders or locating spares parts within the warehouse
• Manage warehouse and store inventory to keep it organized
• Check and inspect incoming parts are correct and follow proper receiving process
• Arrange for outgoing deliveries, freights and shipments
• Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, distributing of spares/consumables to operation team
• Perform quarterly inventory check to ensure inventory accuracy
• Support Operation Team for urgent spare parts collection/ disposal of items etc.
• Maintain Proper record of issuing of spares/ consumables
• Good team player

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in technical administrative field or equivalent
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Experience in similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidates who hold a Driving License will be advantageous
