M&E Supervisor / Coordinator / Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical activities on site, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with technical specifications and project timelines
• Attend to all inspection with Architects and Consultants on M&E installations and testing
• Advise technical and project team on all aspects of M&E and development of projects
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including daily reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance logs
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent work failures and ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure M&E scope is delivered within budget and schedule constraints

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mechanical and electrical coordination or supervision in construction industry
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Familiarity with relevant Malaysian building codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all parties
