Join our Machining Process Engineering (MPE) Department!

We are looking for technically driven talents to join our Machining Process Engineering (MPE) team, supporting machining processes, CNC programming, product development, fixture design, manufacturing technology and continuous improvement.

Whether your background is in process engineering, CNC programming, CAD/CAM, mechanical design or machining technology, we have multiple opportunities available.

Available Positions:

1. Technical Assistant

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in preparing and issuing PFR, ICRF, RR or related engineering/manufacturing documentation.
  • Support engineering and manufacturing activities within the MPE team.
  • Able to work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.

2. Process Engineer

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or 5–6 years of relevant experience in sheet metal or machining processes.
  • Familiar with process engineering software/systems.
  • Knowledge of OPE, OEE and DFM.
  • Design and develop fixtures for existing/new products and improvement projects.
  • Support process development, optimization and continuous improvement activities.
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues and work with relevant departments to improve productivity, quality and cost.

3. Mechanical Designer

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in design software and AutoCAD.
  • Design and develop new products, jigs and fixtures (J&F).
  • Support engineering design and improvement projects.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings and translate requirements into practical designs.

4. Auto Lathe & Turning Programmer

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with CAM software and AutoCAD.
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for auto lathe and turning processes.
  • Interpret technical drawings and machining requirements.
  • Support machining setup and process improvement activities.

5. Milling Programmer

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with CAM software and AutoCAD.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and support machine setup.
  • Develop and optimize CNC milling programs.
  • Perform QA checks to ensure products meet design specifications.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools based on material and machining requirements.
  • Optimize machining parameters and programs for quality and productivity.

6. Technology Specialist Engineer

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or 5–6 years of relevant machining process experience.
  • Familiar with process engineering software/systems.
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining processes.
  • Experience in robotic setup and troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of DFM and product design.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of manufacturing technologies.
  • Lead or support process improvement, automation, and machining technology projects.
