Mainframe Developer (Cobol)

1. Develop, maintain, enhance, test and support products related to Deposit unit.
2. Perform impact analysis and design on user requests.
3. Liaise with users, vendors, consultants and other technical staff to achieve project objectives.
4. Assist Unit Head (UH) to monitor system performance (SLA).
5. Tracking and monitoring problems reported. Resolve issues with staff, users, vendor and SLA parties.
6. Attend to users’ queries and request for information or assistance.
7. Ensure up-to-date system documentation of all applications/products.
8. Prepare weekly status reports.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum a Diploma which is related to Information Technology or 3 years related working experience.
2. Technical knowledge and skills on COBOL, JCL, TSO, IDMS and CICS. Technical knowledge and skills on Assembler, PL/1, Java or SQ would be an added advantage.
