Job Responsibility

• Monitor and track ESG KPIs and manage Material Maters Leads, report ESG performance to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards and Bursa Malaysia requirements or best practice while staying updated on international standard revision or updates, ESG trends, best practices, law or regulations, and communicate it to all the stakeholders.
• Maintain and update company external stakeholders listing, facilitation of stakeholder engagement
• Conduct yearly review and update sustainability targets and ESG KPIs
• Monitor ESG framework and Setia Green Roadmap implementation for relevance and effectiveness
• Maintenance of SOPs and train stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation
• Plan and implement mitigation actions for non-performing KPIs
• Manage reputational risks associated with ESG matters
• Assist IAR content creation, preparing sustainability statements and disclosures
• Manage internal and external data assurance audits
• Manage departmental KPIs, update of TORs & Departmental Charter, plan and keep track of departmental budget and manpower planning
• Organize and manage road shows, plan and execute all ESG related events
• Monitor and evaluate all communication initiatives effectiveness, update website and awareness content creation
• Other Special Assignments
