About you
We’re looking for a highly driven and versatile Manager, Events & Partnerships to join the Marketing team at CARSOME. This role blends strategic partnership development with end-to-end event execution, making it ideal for someone who is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through impactful collaborations and memorable on-ground experiences.
Your Day-to-day
Events & Activation
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of internal and external events, including brand activations, media launches, roadshows, partnerships events, and customer-facing initiatives
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, timelines, vendor sourcing, logistics, permits, on-ground operations, and post-event reporting.
- Develop creative event concepts and engagement strategies that elevate brand perception and drive participation or footfall.
- Collaborate with content, design, and social teams to build pre-event buzz and post-event amplification.
- Track event KPIs, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Maintain a strong database of vendors, venues, and partners to streamline execution and negotiations.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, marketing collaborators, referral networks, and commercial partners.
- Lead the planning and execution of co-branded campaigns, activations, and referral programs that deliver mutual value and measurable results.
- Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure partnerships align with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Negotiate partnership structures, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs to ensure clear expectations and accountability.
- Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and optimize initiatives based on insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with internal teams such as Retail, Commercial, Design, Content, Legal, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of execution and communication.
Your Know-how
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in events, partnerships, experiential marketing, or business development roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
