ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to oversee and lead the full project lifecycle of our property development projects — from conceptualisation to handover. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, excellent execution discipline, and the capability to drive multi-disciplinary teams toward delivering high-quality outcomes within cost and time expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project development cycle, including feasibility study, planning, authority submissions, design coordination, tendering, construction, and project handover.
- Drive project execution to achieve aligned timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and aligned project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost escalation.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory requirements, building regulations, and authority guidelines.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and project recommendations to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 6-13 years of relevant project management experience within a reputable property development organisation.
- Proven hands-on experience with local authority submissions, approvals and processes specifically with MBSA, MBPJ and Putrajaya.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong understanding of development approval processes, construction standards, contract administration, and project governance.
- Solid knowledge of local building regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
