The Operational Technology (OpTech) team supports Medical Device Operational Technology Systems (MDOTS) and related systems across SingHealth. As healthcare continues to embrace digitalisation, AI, robotics and connected technologies, you will play a key role in delivering and managing technology solutions that support clinical and operational excellence.
As Manager (Projects and Operations), you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of OpTech projects, from procurement and implementation to maintenance and technology refresh. You will ensure compliance with governance and security requirements, manage vendors and contracts, support operational readiness, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management, IT infrastructure, operations, or systems service delivery.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and operational technology environments.
- Experience in vendor, contract, and stakeholder management.
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional certifications such as CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare or public-sector IT environments is an advantage.
The incumbent will be deployed at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
