Manager, Sales

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with real estate agencies, end-financiers, solicitors, investors, and other business partners to support project sales.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, financing approvals, and market trends, and recommend initiatives to improve results.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Business Relationship team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to plan and implement effective sales and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including high-net-worth individuals and property investors, while addressing feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, and documentation to support business operations.
• Ensure sales galleries, show units, and related facilities are well-maintained and ready to support sales activities.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development / Real Estate Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in sales in a property development company.
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
• Resourceful, dynamic, good leadership with strong interpersonal communication
• Able to plan and coordinate all matters related to sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge in property sales and marketing strategy, competitor’s products and selling price.
• Computer literate with good command of oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends (during sales events, where necessary).
• Knowledge of legal and other requirements, and good environmental practices.
