Manager, Transaction Banking Sales

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Banking Sales professional to drive growth and deliver client-focused solutions across Trade Finance and Cash Management.

Responsibilities:-

• Grow revenue across trade finance and cash management products
• Originate new clients and deepen existing client relationships
• Deliver tailored solutions across working capital, liquidity, and trade flows
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product, and Operations teams to deliver seamless client service
• Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management requirements.

Requirements:-

• A good degree with 5–10 years of experience in transaction banking sales
• Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments and cash management solutions
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Preferably with prior experience in dealing with FI and NBFI clients.
