Manufacturing Engineer

From digitising manufacturing processes to scanning product defects, our products perform reliably at higher speeds and with greater precision. \n\nNow, as a company with an extensive customer base globally, we are looking for a passionate manufacturing engineer to scale new products to volume production and constantly improve the production process.

Responsibilities

Set up vision system and ensure on-time delivery Work on process yield improvement, cost reduction and resolve manufacturing problems Apply Lean Manufacturing System and Kaizen to evaluate and improve on quality and processes Refine manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instruction (WI)

Key qualifications

Background in any Engineering field Experience in the manufacturing field Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills Creative and self-motivated team player Knowledgeable in ERP, ISO9001, Kaizen, Kanban, SPC, 8D report Knowledgeable in vision will be an added advantage Experience with Lean Manufacturing will be an added advantage Able to work long hours to meet manufacturing demand (if required)
