Responsibilities

Support and coordinate local and international industrial trade shows, roadshows & branding events (e.g.: User Group Meetings, High Impact Training for Sales, Customer Day events, etc.) Brainstorm & propose creative / new lead generation ideas and channels Execute Customer Satisfaction Programme and Customer Experience Recovery Programme Perform data analysis for the Customer Satisfaction Programme / Customer Experience Recovery Programme, and present the findings to management & business units Research & compile industry market trends insights for management and business units

Key qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism / International Business / Industry Analytics or equivalent education Passionate in data analysis and event coordination Proficient in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, and SWOT analysis Self-motivated & able to work both independently and collaboratively
