About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and process-oriented Global Marketing Strategy Manager for the CMO Office. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will act as an internal consultant shaping our GTM initiatives across all markets. This is an early to mid-career role ideal for someone looking to transition their analytical and strategic consulting experience into a fast-paced, in-house corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the CMO and marketing leadership on the development and optimization of global and regional GTM marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Partner closely with the wider CMO Office to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of global GTM performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and providing recommendations for optimization
- Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for the CMO and marketing leadership, translating learnings and strategic evaluations into key highlights and actionable takeaways for decision making
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on best practices and SOPs for GTM planning, execution, and measurement across global marketing teams. This includes developing templates, frameworks, and workflow structures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 3 to 6 years of working experience in marketing consulting and/or strategic advisory roles focused on GTM within a management consulting firm
- Deep familiarity with developing and implementing marketing best practices, SOPs, and GTM frameworks on a global or large scale
- Understanding of the Contracts for Difference (CFD) sector and the wider financial services industry is a significant advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability and confidence to present to leadership team
