Master Planner

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive customer forecasts, purchase orders, and pull-in/push-out requests, and generate rolling 13-week/26-week MPS plans.
2. Conduct RCCP/capacity-load analysis to identify bottlenecks across production lines, testing, packaging, manpower, and critical equipment.
3. Maintain frozen, semi-frozen, and open planning-window rules to control the impact of frequent changes on production and inventory.
4. Update supply-demand gaps daily, confirm key-material ETAs with Material Control and Procurement Fulfillment, and align customer priorities with Delivery Management.
5. Maintain MPS version control and prepare commit-vs-actual, demand-change-log, and capacity-risk reports.
6. Own the S&OP process and drive alignment across demand, supply, capacity, and delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above with a strong electronics-manufacturing planning background.
2. 5-8 years of experience in production planning or master planning.
3. Experience in electronics manufacturing, servers, telecommunications equipment, PCBA, or system assembly; familiar with high-mix/low-volume and customer-driven production models.
4. Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity, with the ability to identify/escalate risks and perform scenario analysis.
5. Familiar with SAP/ERP/MRP and Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Power BI knowledge is preferred, and basic SQL skills are an added advantage.
