The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your tasks

• Project lead for material development projects. Work closely with cross function teams in planning, reviewing and execution of material development projects, including PPCM, to meet project targets.
• Work closely with project team members, suppliers, production line steering and production counterparts.
• Lead investigation and analysis of problems and drive implementation of solutions for conversion material projects.
• Actively seeking key experts’ inputs in material and process to ensure manufacturability are fully considered & fulfilled.
• Support technology enabling projects on conversion materials and benchmarking.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's, or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical), Engineering (Metallurgy/ Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in the field of material development or R&D development.
• Strong analytical skill, systematic problem solving skill, statistical knowledge and detailed-oriented personality. Experience in project management and programming will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills needed.
• Technical knowledge in the area of material engineering or physics.

• Knowledge in statistical tools e.g. Minitab is required.
• Satisfactory communication skill with different people from multiple job function.
