Your tasks
- Project lead for material development projects. Work closely with cross function teams in planning, reviewing and execution of material development projects, including PPCM, to meet project targets.
- Work closely with project team members, suppliers, production line steering and production counterparts.
- Lead investigation and analysis of problems and drive implementation of solutions for conversion material projects.
- Actively seeking key experts’ inputs in material and process to ensure manufacturability are fully considered & fulfilled.
- Support technology enabling projects on conversion materials and benchmarking.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's, or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical), Engineering (Metallurgy/ Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in the field of material development or R&D development.
- Strong analytical skill, systematic problem solving skill, statistical knowledge and detailed-oriented personality. Experience in project management and programming will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills needed.
- Technical knowledge in the area of material engineering or physics.

- Knowledge in statistical tools e.g. Minitab is required.
- Satisfactory communication skill with different people from multiple job function.
