Material Planner

Job Responsibilities

1. Run MRP and analyze purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory, open demand, open supply, and exception messages.
2. Prepare shortage reports and pull-in/push-out/cancel recommendations, and track procurement-fulfillment actions.
3. Maintain material-planning parameters, including safety stock, MOQ, SPQ, lead time, planner code, and ABC classification.
4. Confirm key work-order material readiness daily and proactively identify material risks for the next 2-8 weeks.
5. Drive E&O/slow-moving reviews and provide responsibility attribution and consumption plans.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in material planning or material control.
3. Familiar with electronic components, mechanical/structural parts, packaging materials, and long-lead-time material management.
4. Strong material-planning logic, risk awareness, cross-functional coordination, and inventory-management mindset.
5. Familiar with SAP/ERP/MRP and Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Power BI knowledge is preferred, and basic SQL skills are an added advantage.
