Job Description

• Oversee merchant investments and pinpoint better opportunities.
• Track the Merchant dashboard to identify functional or product gaps and initiate transformational projects or initiatives.
• Design and coordinate efforts for business expansion.
• Participate in end-to-end projects, from concept and design to planning.
• Serve as a point of contact, facilitating communication of strategies and objectives between departments to ensure project success.
• Analyze proprietary data to derive insights into merchant behavior.
• Present findings and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
• Manage reporting and performance monitoring activities.

Requirements

• Work experience in Performance Management, e-Commerce or Management Consulting
• Strong project management experience
• Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
• Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to generate insights independently
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
• Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Driven and comfortable with a dynamic environment
• High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills
