Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Petrochemical Engineering or equivalent
2. Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in palm oil industry
3. Holding Grade 2 or Grade 1 Steam Engineer Competent Certification from DOSH (JKKP) will be an added advantage
4. Must be prepared to work in rural locations - Metanik Mill
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ENGINEER)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee overall operations in the palm oil mill to ensure smooth processing and maintenance
2. Maintain optimal efficiency of all machinery
3. Supervise the technical workforce in daily operations
4. Ensure compliance with ISCC, MSPO, and MESTI standards at all times
5. Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance mill efficiency and control costs
