Multiple Positions – Buyer | Planner | Inventory Control | Costing

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team across various business functions. We are currently hiring for Buyer, Planner, Inventory Management Control, and Costing positions across different business divisions. These are separate positions under different divisions, and each successful candidate will be assigned to one position only based on their qualifications, experience, skills, and suitability. You will have the opportunity to focus on and develop your career within your assigned function.

1. Buyer

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive forecast from customer and distribution to vendor.
• Issue Purchase Order (PO) to supplier based on forecast, call in material based on production plan.
• Ensure sufficient material for production plan.
• Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Degree in Business Administrative or any equivalent.
• With one (1) year experience in purchasing will be added advantage.
• Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

2. Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules based on customer forecasts, sales orders, and production capacity.
• Perform material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor and control finished goods (FG) inventory levels to support customer demand and minimize excess stock.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery performance to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and inventory reports for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems and production planning processes is an added advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with good analytical and reporting capabilities.

3. Inventory Management Control

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare inventory report and monitor the aging of inventory.
• Analyze moving inventory to obtain exposure claim or clean up from system.
• Analyze inventory data & generate reports to track inventory levels, usage and trends.
• Manage the physical inventory activity and quantity accuracy for physical versus system.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or any equivalent qualification in the field of Business Admin, Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.
• Candidates with one years of working experience in inventory management will have an added advantage.

4. Costing

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile product related costing and manage to submit BOM cost structure timely according to customers' calendar.
• Update BOM structure according to the CN (Change Note) received from Engineer.
• Monthly reconciliation required to claim product price variance.
• Proactively communicate with customer/ commercial team on related issue especially product cost/ claims received.
• Monitor and issue quotations to customer.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, mathematics, finance, Engineering or any equivalent.
• Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
