• Accounting: Ensuring robust financial governance through accurate Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Treasury: Managing daily liquidity, cash flow optimization, banking operations, and financial risk controls.
• SG&A Control: Providing rigorous cost management, overhead tracking, and strategic financial insights for commercial and corporate functions.
• HR Finance: Overseeing payroll accounting, workforce cost analytics, and close collaboration with Human Resources.
• Master Data Management: Driving continuous improvement and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all financial workflows.
