Job Summary

We are seeking an ERP Consultant to support and enhance our ERP systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The successful candidate will work closely with business users, vendors, and project teams to analyze business requirements, implement system improvements, provide functional support, and ensure efficient ERP operations across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) ERP system.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Evaluate change requests and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and project teams to deliver ERP enhancements.
• Conduct user training, system guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in process improvement and ERP standardization initiatives.
• Support project implementation, system testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure timely issue resolution in accordance with agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Maintain ERP documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Good knowledge of business operations and IT process flow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel locally or overseas when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS or InfoLN will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
