Network Expansion (Lockers) - SPX Express

Job Description

• Source, identify, negotiate, and secure major clients and suitable locations for BSC Locker deployment to expand the locker network and support business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including landlords, Management Offices, Leasing Teams, contractors, lawyers, and other relevant parties.
• Review and approve locker proposals submitted by the team, ensuring all required information and supporting documents are complete and submitted within the required timeline.
• Evaluate and assess proposed locker locations based on operational requirements, location potential, accessibility, space availability, and other site criteria.
• Coordinate site visits with contractors and support the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quotations based on site requirements.
• Coordinate with the Contract Management Team on Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, and other contractual matters.
• PMO the locker approval process, tracking progress and following up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare regular updates on the locker pipeline, client engagement, proposal status, approvals, outstanding issues, and deployment progress for Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Retail Management, Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of property management and real estate practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Preferably has a good understanding of tenancy and licence agreements.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, landlords, and external vendors.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up within the required timeline.
• Working location: Primarily based in Menara SouthPoint, Mid Valley.
• Has own transportation and is willing to travel outstation when required.
