Officer/Executive, Loan Collection & Recovery (Hire Purchase)

TCCR Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Tan Chong Group) is looking for Officer, Loan Collection & Recovery.

Job Description:

• Contact delinquent regularly on overdue instalment and follow up with defaulters to secure payment.
• Negotiate with defaulter to regularise loan account and propose loan repayment arrangement as at when required.
• Handle delinquent customers' enquiries and complaints.
• To backup and assist HP counter when needed.
• Handle ETCM and Dealers enquiries and complaints.
• Conduct field visit to customer when assigned.
• Analyze and recommend appropriate workout strategies to maximize recovery of debts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good analytical skills; must be alert, responsible, proactive, and have initiative with a strong eye for detail.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Sound knowledge of laws relating to Hire Purchase and basic accounting knowledge.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Must be able to work extended hours when required.
