Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for supporting TS meetings at the factory, TGT monthly get together assemblies, and other major events.
2. To provide technical assistance to end users at the F34 Shah Alam factory and the Meru factories, ensuring smooth IT operations during daily activities and events.
3. Support hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.
4. Handle IT asset setup, tracking, and inventory control across locations.
5. Assist with laptop deployment, collection, and storeroom management.

Job Requirements

1. University: Politeknik Seberang Perai; CGPA: 3.5
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
