Officer, M&E

Role

1) To assist engineer in work schedule of Housekeeping staffs and workers.

2) Coordinate closely with engineers and all related departments.

3) Order materials and maintain optimum inventory for the equipments.

4) Trouble-shoot and report on facilities and building repairing works.

5) Monitor the progress of repairing schedule and milestone

6) Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

7) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

8. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines or equivalent from reputable universities.
2. Fresh candidate also acceptable since in-house training provided.
3. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
4. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
5. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
