Duties & Responsibilities

1. Supervise the M&E team by conducting daily briefings, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is carried out according to SOP and safety requirements.
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth production operations.
3. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and act as the person-in-charge (PIC) for the Safedon machine,to ensure efficient performance and minimize production downtime.
4. Monitor and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including forklifts, air compressors, burners, and other plant facilities.
5. Manage maintenance records and documentation, including daily checklists, monthly reports, TPM records, and audit documentation.
6. Coordinate projects and continuous improvement activities, including equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and process optimization.
7. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments while monitoring utility consumption, maintenance schedules, and technical requirements.
