Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Explain product details, answer inquiries, and address any concerns customers may have.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to continuously improve performance.
• Go the "extra mile" to meet month-by-month sales targets and facilitate future sales.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
