Operation Manager

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail operations or a related field, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.

· Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in time management, sales strategy, and market trend analysis.

· Willing to relocate when required.
