Operational Excellence (First Mile - Pickup & Inbound) | Project Management, SPX Express

Job Description

• Identify and structure key operational challenges across First Mile hubs (e.g. productivity, delivery lead time, process efficiency)
• Lead strategic and high-impact, cross-functional projects end-to-end - from diagnosis and solution design to implementation and performance tracking
• Analyse large datasets to uncover insights, quantify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making
• Develop frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations and management to align on priorities and ensure successful execution of initiatives
• Prepare management-level analyses, recommendations, and business reviews for leadership decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
• Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to operational hubs within Malaysia when required
