PAINTER - ASSISTANT

To carry out painting works while assisting the Art Executive.
To ensure all painting tools, materials, and stock are well maintained and in order.
To prepare surfaces and execute painting works using appropriate methods and techniques.
To coordinate and organize painting tasks within the given timeline.
To support team members and manage time effectively to complete painting assignments.
To be responsible for all painting-related production work in the park.
To assist in theme setup requirements involving painting and finishing works.
To assist in general installation works related to painting, including touch-ups on materials such as cement, wood, and foam.
To ensure all painted products meet the quality and design requirements set by the Senior Display Artist.
To follow standard painting procedures, specifications, and technical methods where applicable.

Requirements

Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in the vernacular language would be an advantage.

Prompt and has the capacity to work in shifts.

Basic knowledge of painting techniques and finishing.

Familiarity with different materials such as paint, wood, cement, and foam.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Good attention to detail and workmanship quality.

Physically fit for hands-on production and installation work.
