Parts Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained;
• Carry out stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained and physical and stock record are tallied;
• Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of stock are maintained;
• Receive replacement stocks, ensure that these are correct in terms of number and specification;
• Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient stores environment;
• Prepare relevant reports;
• Any ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) or equivalent;
• Preferably Executives specializing in Parts Support in Automotive industry
• Knowledge in Body & Paint will be added advantage
