Parts Supply and Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities:-
- Compilation of Purchase Order (PO), Goods Received Note (GRN), Delivery Order (DO) and invoices from local supplier for the submission to Finance department.
- Conduct monthly operational review with 3PL covering inbound, outbound, POD, stock accuracy and warranty claims.
- Monitor dealer delivery and follow up delayed orders.
- Monitor 3PL daily performance for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, POD submission, stock accuracy and claim handling.
- Coordinate claim recovery for missing, damaged or wrongly handled parts, including investigation report, picture evidence, landed cost reference, claim submission and closure timeline.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, Customs agents and 3PL for incoming shipment planning.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:-
- Degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of working experience in warehouse, parts logistics, inventory control, 3PL coordination or automotive spare parts operation.
- Experience in automotive parts warehouse, aftersales parts distribution or dealer support will be an added advantage.
- Experience dealing with 3PL warehouse providers, freight forwarders, Customs agents or transporters is preferred.
- Basic experience in import/export documentation, HS code coordination, invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, permit checking and shipment tracking is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP system.
