JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To coordinate surgical bookings to ensure that OT slots are effectively optimized
- Manage call/verbal bookings from the outpatient clinics and inpatient wards for the patient's surgery schedule.
- To assist OT in patient's particulars and choice of bed, to facilitate Bed Management to maximize the utilization of patients' rooms
- To key in OT booking and billings relevant information into the system
- Compile daily OT statistics for submission to Senior Management
- Monitor, maintain and manage inventories
- Provide admin support in OT as and when required
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- GEC 'N' or 'O' level, Professional Certificates/NITEC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Alternate Saturday work week arrangement
