Planner

Responsibility :

• Serve as the primary liaison with customers on order management, demand requirements, and shipping plans, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and production capability.
• Review and validate material availability, proactively identify shortages, and ensure timely material readiness to support production plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, capacity constraints, and material readiness.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth execution of the production plan.
• Commit and communicate confirmed shipment plans to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates on any changes or risks.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to production capacity, material constraints, and customer requirements in a timely and effective manner.
• Evaluate and optimize utilization of key resources including raw materials, manpower, and machine capacity to achieve maximum operational efficiency and continuous production flow.
• Ensure strong cross-functional coordination between planning, production, warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Receive and analyze customer loading plans, perform capacity analysis using standard capacity planning tools/worksheets, and provide feasible shipment commitments.
• Identify potential risks in supply, capacity, or demand fluctuations, and propose mitigation actions to ensure stable production output and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve planning processes, reporting accuracy, and forecasting efficiency based on operational data and historical trends.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
2. At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
4. Able to work in a team as well as independently
5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Familiar with oracle system
