Planning Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in production planning, material planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations within a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support daily production and material planning activities to meet customer delivery requirements Maintain accurate planning data and ERP transactions to ensure effective planning execution Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Procurement, Warehouse, R&D, and Business Development Monitor inventory, material availability, and production schedules to support smooth manufacturing operations Participate in planning improvement initiatives and continuously develop planning knowledge and skills

Key qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or related disciplines Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship or working experience in planning or manufacturing is an added advantage Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
