Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Regional PMO to join our CFO Office. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives, enhancing cross-team alignment, and ensuring timely execution of key finance-related priorities across regions.
You’ll work closely with the Group CFO and regional finance leaders to manage key deliverables, reduce friction between teams, improve visibility, and enhance decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized operator, and cross-functional problem solver with a track record of making complex things simpler and more effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CFO and senior finance leadership to drive regional finance projects focused on process improvement, reporting efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Lead and manage initiatives such as month-end/quarter-end process optimization, budgeting & forecasting cycles, and internal policy rollouts.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and help design and implement solutions that reduce manual work and improve turnaround times.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, such as documentation improvements, dashboard/report development, or light-touch system/process enhancements.
- Prepare status updates, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management, finance operations, or business partnering and planning, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a regional corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in key markets (e.g., MAS, ASIC, FCA, or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
