The Team

Our Talent & Organization practice in APAC supports large global firms and most recognisable local brands in solving their most significant challenges around Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation, Organisational Change and Agile ways of working.

The Role

We are now seeking experienced consultants with experience in Talent and Organisation. As a Principal, you will play a key part within a team that focuses on enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences. In this role, you should deliver quality client service, provide insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, integrate into new teams, and rapidly establish relationships. More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Craft and deliver solution related to employee experience strategies
  • Lead the team to develop fit-for-purpose employee experience journeys, personas and roadmaps to improve workforce experiences
  • Craft and deliver HR Transformation solutions based on client’s needs
  • Craft and deliver HR Shared Service solutions
  • Develop tailored Organisation Change Management solution based on technology context and clients needs, and deliver and ensure maximal adoption on new solutions
  • Leading program and project management for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives.
  • Contribute to practice development activities to develop our service offerings and go-to-market initiatives further.

Requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, including hands-on delivery of change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training/adoption, and change measurement.
  • Experience delivering OCM workstreams on transformation programs, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • Working knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) and org design, workforce planning, and workforce transition; exposure to AI-driven workforce transformation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and capability development approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly and independently with client stakeholders on solution content.
  • Experience supporting proposal development is an advantage.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including guiding junior colleagues.
  • Strong written and creative communication skills for developing change materials.

Nature of Work and Ways of Working

This is a consulting role that requires comfort operating in fast-paced, high-stakes, and frequently ambiguous environments. Client priorities, project scopes, and timelines can shift quickly, requiring the Senior Consultant to adapt plans and ways of working while maintaining delivery quality. Success in this role requires strong personal resilience, flexibility, and the ability to sustain performance and sound judgment under pressure, while balancing hands-on delivery with ongoing client relationship management. The role may require travel to client sites and flexibility in working hours to meet client and project needs.

  • Relevant professional experience, including, for example, previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s).
  • Experience/knowledge of Core HR / Workforce Administration, Talent Management and Recruitment processes.
  • Ability to provide consultancy services around employee experience and employee journeys in the People and Organisation space
  • Experience implementing People solutions in technology-related project, as well as M&A and other complex project
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience in project and program management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team if required.
  • Adapt to changes in workload, systems and processes with resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create detail orientated plans documentation.
  • Nice to have: Can fluently speak another language other than English.
