My client is a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. In Asia, they operate through their head office in Singapore and banking subsidiaries in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as branches and offices.
Your new role
You will be part of a group of highly trained professionals who support the delivery of a high‐quality and consistent service experience for the bank's affluent clients. You will be responsible for managing, strengthening, and sustaining client relationships. The position plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, supporting retention efforts, supporting business growth through cross‐sell opportunities and ensuring full compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in banking, client servicing, relationship management, ideally within affluent (privilege) or mass banking segments
- Understanding of banking processes, service operations, and client-servicing frameworks
- Exposure to AML/KYC or regulatory processes within financial institutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication , and coordination skills to manage multiple client needs effectively with a service mindset
- Self-motivated, organised, and committed to delivering service excellence
- Consistent/proven sales performance & records minimally in the past 6 months
