Process & Equipment Technician (FOL / EOL / DA / WB / SMT / Laser Mark / AOI)

Job Summary:

To maintain production equipment to the optimum effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in FOL / EOL / Die Attach / Wire Bond / Laser Mark / SMT / AOI processes and relevant experience in LED background.

Knowledge in:

• Device setup/Parameter setting
• Mapping system setting
• Shift machine top alarm analysis
• Quality issue analysis
• Machine/Oven device change/conversion, machine trouble shooting, shift check
• High pressure oven device change, machine trouble shooting, shift check
• Daily & Weekly PM
• Familiar with semiconductor equipment (Front End & Back End)
• Familiar with semiconductor processes and monitoring (Front End & Back End)
• Skill in computer and familiar with MS Office – Words/Excel for reporting.
• Able to do simple presentation.
• Possess a reasonable working knowledge in the related practices in the industry.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure specific machine performance monitoring is carried out.
• Assist and co-ordinate new project transfer where needed.
• Ensuring equipment PM and calibration procedure are maintained and implementation.
• To initiate activities to reduce downtime at bare minimum.
• To support on implementation of Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA and follow up the implementation.
• Develop and utilize statistical methods to drive product yield, cycle time and quality improvement.
• To identify the needs for EVA or Qualification lots based on establishing Qualification process controlling process capability and product characteristics.
