Process Engineer

PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

 Provide technical support or solutions to resolve critical issues in assembly line.  To ensure all process follows the Standard Operating Procedures.  Continuous monitoring the performance on QA gate, SPC and yield.  Carry out further process optimization through DOE and machine capability study.  Verification and analysis on defective part to determine the root cause and remedy.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.  Preferable with 2 to 5 years' experience in semiconductor industry with similar job responsibilities.  Knowledge in DOE and SPC is beneficial.  Must be independent and self-motivated.  Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.  Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
