Responsibilities

Understand the fundamental design requirements and concepts of new products or design changes on existing products Manage new product or project development timeline, cost and quality Work on project and resource planning to achieve total customer satisfaction Understand customer requirements and attend to inquiries Conduct competitor analysis, and market benchmarking Keep up to date of the latest technology and market trends through field experts

Key qualifications

Background in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer), Science & Technology or equivalent Experience in quality assurance, product / manufacturing engineering working environment Knowledgeable in Industry 4.0 and automated inspection products' capability, strength, shortfall and pricing strategy is a plus Possess strong leadership traits and team-oriented mindset Required skills: product launching, market research, time management, communication and negotiation skills
