Product Management Intern - Monee (Sep/Oct/Nov Intake)

Team Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Credit Product Management team in the UAT and delivery of digital credit initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to the product lifecycle within the digital financial services space.

Job Description

• Develop simple test cases based on requirement documents, under guidance from the Product Management Specialist
• Execute test cases (both self-developed and those provided by the Product Management Specialist)
• Log test results clearly, capturing steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual outcomes, and supporting screenshots/evidence
• Track defects identified during UAT and follow up with development/product teams on fix status and retesting
• Maintain and update UAT trackers/checklists to reflect current testing and defect-resolution progress
• Flag any blockers, delays, or discrepancies to the Product Management Specialist in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing simple documentation or summaries for training materials/briefings, as needed
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks to support the product team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a growth mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts is a plus (not mandatory)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Malay is a plus
