Responsibilities

• Plan weekly order requirements and monitor production activities at warehouse, including recovery planning to ensure timely delivery
• Update and maintain accurate daily production reports in a timely manner
• Monitor and control inventory level to meet daily delivery needs
• Manage and prepare all delivery-related documentation and records
• Compile and maintain daily stock reports
• Manage returnable racking, ensuring it is well maintained and serviced according to schedule.

Requirements

• Diploma in Operation Management/Statistics/Management Technology/Logistics
• Knowledge of inventory control, production planning and production processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
