Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through safe, efficient, and quality-compliant manufacturing operations. The role leads production teams, optimizes line performance, and drives TPM, productivity, waste reduction, and shop floor discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production operations across assigned lines or departments.
• Deliver output according to production plan, quality requirements and cost targets.
• Monitor OEE, downtime, yield, waste, manpower efficiency and line performance.
• Lead daily production meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure operators and supervisors follow SOP, GMP, Halal, HACCP, and safety requirements.
• Drive TPM Autonomous Maintenance with production teams.
• Work closely with Maintenance, QA, Planning, Warehouse and Engineering team.
• Support new product trials, process validation and line commissioning.
• Develop shift executives, supervisors, line leaders, and production technicians.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years production experience including experience in shopfloor leadership role.
• Experience managing high-speed automated FMCG or food lines preferred.
• Proven track record in implementing TPM initiatives, with strong knowledge of GMP and production planning and execution.
